It
is management's business to obsess about the quality of service clients receive,
as it is this service standard that Premier stakes its reputation upon. Site visits
are always accompanied with a client opinion survey questionnaire. Once completed
these questionnaires are handed to our Operations Manager who personally implements
appropriate action on any service complaints or related matters.
From
years of experience we concluded that the bulk of client problems stems from inadequate
supervision after trading hours. It is for this reason that Premier Loss Control
developed better after hour guarding programs.
We
also recognize that client needs are different and our inspectors are equipped
to deal with it accordingly. Inspections are performed on a daily basis and audit
reports are discussed with clients on a weekly basis. In addition, our area
managers perform regular after hour inspections to enforce our high quality work
ethic.
